Reflection is a new and empowering pathway to recovery—one that invites you to look within, discover clarity, and reconnect with the person you once were or were meant to become.

Through an introspective, metaphysical application of Spatial Disambiguation, Reflection offers a new perspective on recovery by helping individuals understand the thoughts, experiences, relationships, and choices that shape their lives. It transforms self-reflection into a powerful tool for awareness, acceptance, and meaningful change.Recovery does not have to be a journey defined by struggle alone. Reflection offers a sustainable and rapid approach to recovery—one grounded in knowledge, acceptance, humility, and the power of personal insight.  It is an invitation to see differently, think differently, and ultimately live differently.

Here we'll begin a dialog of Q and A that will hopefully continue the scope of Reflection as it begins to apply to the diversity of causation that individuals with substance use disorder or SUD experience.  Reflection's methodology has been bounced around in the empty space of my brain for about 30 years.  A lot of people over the years have had a glimpse into what goes on up there.  Sorry for that and also you're welcome maybe?  Anyway we're staying humble, it's a Foundational value btw... Thanks for reading.
