Examining ones own thoughts. ### The Parable A master, a student, a philosopher and our self. Your mind can be made whole, powerful over addiction Reflection the Book Reflection the Pathway   I expect to have an editorial release towards the end of May.  I've shared this many times over the years and it is a sustainable recovery methodology for myself and others.  With every recovery effort abstinence is a choice after all.  Reflection is a new perspective on substance use.  It truly empowers you over addiction just by reading and internalising the Parable.   The Foundation is an introspective into who we were and how we felt beyond our consciousness.  It's understanding applies a deep understanding of the environmental and metaphysical causation of your 5 w's of substance use.  Consciously and subconsciously.  Quickly and simply articulated to empower your introspective thus perspective on substance use.  I hope to meet you on your Tao.
