This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. **Information we collect** \*\*Information you give us.\*\* When you contact us through the Site or by email, express interest in participating in a project, or otherwise reach out, we receive the information you provide — such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. \*\*The Signature Wall.\*\* Our Magic Wall page displays comments that members of the public have posted on Reflection Recovery's public Facebook and Instagram posts. The wall shows the name and comment exactly as they appear on those platforms, and it is generated live from them: we do not copy or store wall comments on our own servers. If you remove your comment on Facebook or Instagram, it will also disappear from the wall. \*\*The Days Sober Calculator.\*\* The calculator runs entirely in your web browser. The date you enter is never sent to us, stored, or shared — closing or refreshing the page clears it. \*\*Information collected automatically.\*\* The Site is hosted on HubSpot, which may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, keep it secure, and understand how visitors use it in aggregate. Your browser settings let you control or delete cookies; the Site remains usable if you do. **How we use information** We use the information described above to: \- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its features \- Respond to messages and inquiries \- Coordinate participation in projects you have asked to join \- Protect the Site and its visitors against misuse **How we share information** We do not sell your personal information. For wall comments, the original lives on Facebook or Instagram — deleting it there removes it from the wall automatically. **Children's privacy** The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it. **Changes to this policy** We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
